General conditions of sale (Eaton EDU)

Article 1: Scope of application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Eaton EDU network. Is considered as \"client\" any natural or legal person making with the company Eaton EDU an order validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or cash.

Any order placed on a site belonging to the company Eaton EDU implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

The prices are indicated in U.S. Dollars all taxes included, excluding shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be that announced at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products. You can pay by credit card. Secure online payment by credit card is made through the company Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted by software in the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of the company Stripe and cannot be attributed to us.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery of digital products is conducted electronically to the email address you provide at the time of your order. It is crucial to ensure the accuracy of the email address you enter, as this will be our primary method of delivering your purchased digital content. The responsibility for receiving and downloading the digital product lies with you once the product has been successfully sent to the provided email address. In the event of any issues with accessing the product, such as not receiving the email or encountering problems with downloading, please contact us promptly. We will make every effort to ensure you receive your digital product or offer a suitable resolution in line with our warranty policies.

In compliance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you are entitled to access, modify, and rectify any personal data related to you. We ensure that all our data files are declared to the National Commission for Data Protection.
