Hi there, I'm Stacey.

I partner with solopreneurs and small businesses to streamline their systems so they can define their direction, perfect their processes, and reclaim their clarity.


Unlike other system strategists, I focus on a nonlinear, anything's possible approach to gather information. Then I transform that information into a coherent, actionable strategy. This allows my clients to focus on what they want and need from their system instead of how to make it work, or if it's even possible.


Sound fun? It is! But it hasn't always been easy. When I first started creating digital solutions for clients, I didn't have clear processes in place. No set process meant no clear path, no automation, scattered steps to completion, and tons of wasted time.

So I took a step back. I took a deep breath. I chose one process and asked myself, "What's the specific goal here?" Then I mapped the clearest, most automated path to achieve that goal and documented it, developed it, and did it again.


Then I did that for every repeatable process I could find. First with my own, then with my clients, and then with people I hadn't even met yet. And funny enough, each problem I found led to a specific goal, a clear path, a repeatable process, and then to a happy person saving time and mental energy.


I designed and developed my first digital solution in 2001 to save sales representatives time when creating offers for potential customers. A lot has changed in the tech world since then, but the need to streamline and automate is as important as ever.

Who is this membership for?

This membership is for new and current IntakeQ and PracticeQ subscribers that want to learn more about how to optimize their processes to save time and money.

What if I need live support?

This membership includes 12 Collaboration Sessions at HALF PRICE when you book them from the links in the course. Add your specific questions in the pre-meeting form or weekly check-in and we can jump right in!

How much time will this take?

Timing depends on how big your practice is, how much is already set up, and how tech-savvy and decisive you are.


That being said, a good starting point is to plan to invest roughly 2-5 hours a week over 1-3 months. By the end of this time frame, you should be saving that amount of time each week!

What if I am not tech-savvy?

You do not need to be techy to get the most out of this membership and set up your own system. The videos will walk you through step-by-step, there is usually written instructions or resources to accompany the lessons, and you can always reach out for targeted tech support as needed.

Is there a community or forum where I can discuss with peers or get additional support?

Yes! When you purchase the course, you will be added to a private online community with other practitioners using IntakeQ. Feel free to post questions or ask for help. After your question is answered by the community moderator will answer, others can join in as well.

What if I have additional questions?

Members can use the comments section in the course to ask lesson-relevant questions, or the online community to get a video response
