Focus on education and technology at Eaton E&E, assisting solopreneurs and small businesses streamline their systems and processes.

IntakeQ / PracticeQ Optimization and Training: (current)
Assist solo practitioners and small practices with the setup and optimization of their primary system including scheduling, documentation, and invoicing.
Create ready-to-use forms and notes for practitioners to import into their existing system and workflow
Creating a self-paced course for practitioners to set up their own systems and processes around IntakeQ, including creating SOPs and training their staff.
Deliver semi-live tech support for IntakeQ / PracticeQ and integrated systems.
Creating form and note widgets for things like adding tables of contents, age calculators, goal lists, and other things to make charting speedier.
E-learning Course Creation: (current)
Assist clients in creating new hire onboarding courses for small businesses and solopreneurs working with assistants or contractors. (Current)
Assist clients in creating self-paced courses to accompany existing service lines to promote balanced learning of skills and concepts, and increases passie income. (Current)
Created courses on business principles for use in the Inquisit learning library
Worked with clients to create multi-leveled courses covering topics like change management and effective meetings.
Developed new student orientation course centering on technology integration
Developed a self-paced training with videos and resources for an iPad Integration Initiative
Developed a blended (in-person and online) new hire onboarding course for adjunct faculty
Designed and developed a self-paced e-learning course for consultants learning how to use a business health assessment (Inquisit)
Website and Web App Design and Development: (current)
Created websites and updates for clients on platforms like WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace.
Transitioned most clients and projects to Systeme.io, which provides many features needed in a small business, including email marketing, sales funnels, course creation, and automation options.
Developed ESAPlanner, a web application to streamline curriculum creation for parent-educators in Arizona.
Designed and Developed the Inquisit Business Health Framework in Partnership with the SBDC at YSU
Inquisit Business Assessment and Web Application: (current)
Secured a government contract to create a comprehensive assessment tool for the Small Business Development Center at Youngstown State University.
Partnered with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design and develop Inquisit, a 100+ question assessment with over 300 resources aligned to key business principles.
Collaborated with SME to create a self-paced course to teach consultants how to use the assessment and traveled to Ohio to teach it in person.
Maintain Technology of the Assessment and Web Application as the Inquisit Designer and Developer, and assist the Inquisit Administrator with ongoing support.
Focusing on Family and Learning New Skills:
Started and operated a small home bakery (cakes and cake pops!) while taking care of my two young kiddos.
Immersed myself in learning new skill sets, including instructional design, curriculum development, and mastering tools like Canva, WordPress, Articulate 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and Captivate.

Developed automated assessment tools, admissions trackers, and asynchronous faculty training.
