  • Create a new note template with the contact information question.
  • Map all appropriate fields to the client profile.
  • Mark appropriate fields as required.


To Use the Standard Contact Section:

  • When starting a new note, duplicate the standard contact information section note template.
  • Customize the duplicated section by deleting any unneeded fields.
  • Ensure that all necessary fields are mapped and/or marked as required for data consistency.
